Location: Lima, Perú

Experienced in working on products from scratch. Starting by understanding the business and users’ needs, then moving on to benchmarking and brainstorming, prototyping and testing, creating high quality design deliverables, and (one of my favorite parts) implementing these designs using HTML and CSS.

Apart from working, I enjoy fixing computers, talking about Star Wars, nerding about Apple, staying up-to-date on design and tech trends, drawing, playing smash, and having sushi rolls, and burritos.

  • Languages

    English: Advanced. I can speak, write, read, and understand english very well.

    Spanish: Native speaker.

  • User testing

    Experienced in conducting testing sessions regularly and incorporating feedback from users. This way we can validate assumptions and know where to iterate.

  • Responsive Design

    Experienced in designing and developing websites accessible from any device with a browser and an internet connection.

    iOS (HIG) and Android (Material design).

  • Prototyping

    Mostly Figma, but also Invision.

    I strive to produce clean, legible, semantic, organized, maintainable, coherent, and reusable code.

  • Javascript

    Can understand it pretty well. I'm currently learning how to write it too.

  • Git

    Can handle regular situations by myself like: setup, pulling, pushing, rebasing, cherry-picking, and (most) conflict-resolving situations. May need help if something funny happens.

  • Python

    Can apply my HTML & CSS knowledge as base for creating reusable templates and macros to create static websites. I can pair with a backend developer to make the site dynamic.

  • React (environment)

    Can implement new functionality with help. Can use my knowledge on HTML and CSS to tackle UI updates.

  • Angular (environment)

    Can use my knowledge on HTML and CSS to tackle UI updates.

  • Wordpress (environment)

Tools (hardware, software, assets and more)

  • Love using Figma for prototyping. Transitioned from Sketch so I’m very familiar with it too.
  • Experienced with the Adobe CC suite. I mostly use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. But I’ve also used After Effects and Premiere Pro in the past. I’m currently getting familiar with Affinity apps.
  • My go-to tools for illustration are an iPad Pro & Apple Pencil. Have also used Wacom tablets.
  • I work on MacOS, but I'm knowledgeable on Windows too.
